Schedule & Route

MARINA SRIKANDI – BLUE BEACH EXPRESS

Adult Published Price is Rp. 660,000 one way or Rp. 1,200,000 per person return

Children 3-11 years old the price is 75% of the adult price

Infants 2 years and under are free if sitting on parents lap.

MARINA SRIKANDI – BLUE BEACH EXPRESS 1 departs daily from Padang Bai in east Bali ideal for customers in Ubud and North Bali and also

MARINA SRIKANDI – BLUE BEACH EXPRESS 2 departs daily from Benoa harbour in south Bali ideal for customers in Seminyak, Kuta, Sanur, Jimberan and Nusa Dua.

Both provide a direct crossing to Gili Trawangan and Gili Air, and Teluk Nara in north west Lombok.

Sea crossing time is approximately 80 minutes from Padang Bai depending on weather conditions.

Early morning transfers are provided for passengers staying near to Denpasar Airport, Legian, Kuta, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Sanur, Central Jimbaran, Central Ubud and Candi Dasa areas. The scenic drive to Padangbai passes rice terraces, temples and a chain of volcanic mountains.

Outbound – Bali to Gili Trawangan

  • Boarding time at 07.30am (Benoa harbour)

Please Note:

  • This is a low cost budget (Air Asia similar) no frills service, so please be aware of late pick ups, pick up and drop offs are shared and are not private A/C cars, the boats are slightly slower as they are larger, and you basically get what you pay for, a backpacker fast boat alternative where you may get dropped off at the end of the road rather than your actual hotel reception.
  • Passengers must check in and confirm their ticket 30 minutes prior to departure.

Departure times are fixed, however, Marina Srikandi – Blue Beach Express reserves the right to cancel or modify the schedule subject to bad weather conditions in the interest of passenger safety.

Term & Condition

MARINA SRIKANDI – BLUE BEACH EXPRESS

Terms and Conditions:
1. Passengers are required  to check in at the counter pier 1 (one) hour before departure.

2. Passengers who cancel departures will be charged at the following rates –

Passenger cancellation policy

No charge 4 weeks or more prior to departure.
Between 2 weeks and 1 week 50% of the ticket amount will be charged.
Between 1 week and 48 hours prior to departure 75% of the ticket amount will be charged.
No show or cancellations 48 hours prior to departure the full ticket amount will be charged.

3. Passengers with luggage over  than 30Kg will be charged an additional fee of Rp. 3000, – / Kg.

4. Marina Srikandi company is not responsible for any damage and loss of passengers’ belongings during the voyage.

5. Marina Srikandi company is not responsible for passengers’ regarding dining and lodging, should the cruise ship suffered from engine trouble and late arrival.

6. Smoking inside the passenger room is prohibited.

7. Passengers must obey the regulation on board for comfort and safety.

8. Infants aged under 3 years are free of charge if sitting on parents lap, children aged 3 to 10 years are charged 75% of the full price the price and 11 years or older charged at adult price.

9. Due to bad weather, technical factors, or any other unavoidable circumstances, there may be delay to departure or sudden cancellation without prior notice.

10. Always check your belongings before leaving the ship as Marina Srikandi company is not responsible for loss or belongings which are left behind by passengers.

11. Tickets are valid from 3 (three) months from the date of issuance.

12. Passengers are covered for insurance by PT.Jasa Raharja in accordance with the Law No. 33 of 1964 jo. Government Regulation No. 17 of 1965 and Regulation of the Minister of Finance of Republic of Indonesia. No. 37/PMK.010/2008 regarding Passengers of Public Carrier Ferry/Sea Crossings.

13. Other things that are not listed in this terms & condition refers to prevailing  legislation and regulations of  Sailing.

Please Note –

Cancelations must be received in writing and any refund will be less administration charges and will include less any bank and administration transfer fees.

Island Promotions will not be held responsible for transport delays or cancelations due to a 3rd party carrier’s late departure, late arrival or cancellation due to weather, technical or any other reason or difficulties encountered.

Island Promotions
shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation or for any alternative means of travel which may arise through cancellations or delays. Additional expense so arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the passenger.

Island Promotions will not be held liable for any compensation claims for costs incurred due to a 3rd party carrier’s fault in delay or cancelation. Therefore there will be no responsibility taken for passengers who have any form of connecting transport or accommodation arranged if there are any delays or cancelations incurred.

(The ‘carrier’ refers to any 3rd party transportation company).

Island promotions
take every precaution to ensure safe travel, however passengers travel at their own risk. Passenger insurance is not provided and no responsibility is taken for any loss, accident, damage or injurys incurred during the clients holliday.

Island Promotions does not include any form of insurance whatsoever, so we highly recommend you arrange travel insurance for your own personal protection, and in case of cancelled transportation or unforeseen circumstances.

Departure time is 30 minutes after boarding time. The boat will not wait if passengers are late.

Journey time is usually around 2 to 2 1/2 hours in good conditions, but can sometimes take longer due to weather conditions or other delays.

Boat operations reserve the right to cancel or modify the schedule in the interests of passenger safety, and will not be liable for compensation claims.

Alternative arrangements will be made where possible, with either no refund or part refund. Full refund will be given if alternative arrangements are not possible.

Schedules may be re-routed via Padang Bai due to poor weather conditions or other circumstances. Road transport to/from Padang Bai will be provided.
